I looked at the short video on IOS7; I don't see these features on the iPad I'm using.  Next I looked though The Best iPad Tips and Tricks.  There are lots of good ones.  I took a basic iPad class through TIES last spring and have a handout with some of these tips.  I'll need to use the iPad more and get some of these memorized to make the iPad more useful to me.

Thing 1 - Registration

Just registered for 23 Mobile Things.  I'm borrowing an iPad to do these exercises and become more familiar with this type of device.  I don't have a smart phone, so I consider myself to be quite a novice.  Typing on the iPad is not very easy.  I'll need some pointers just to use the iPad, besides all the apps I'm hoping to try.  It will be an adventure!
